MBD ********

Mbd attorneys had been phoning me regarding an ABSA Bank account that I no longer have. This account was closed in 2006 according to my knowledge. I have been getting threatening phone calls and sms's saying that there is a judgement against my name. I know for a fact that debt oĺder than 3 - 5 years has prescribed and that one can no longer be held liable for that. Now 14 YEARS later they phone me claiming that I owe money to ABSA Bank. They wiĺl phone you from any number and you càn block them on your phone as many times as you like, they somehow manage to still get through to you. I have told them on MANY ocassions that I do not have any knowledge of any ABSA account they claimed I have, but theý clearly do not get the message!!! I am tired of them phoning me at the most awkward times. We are not allowed to answer our phones when we are at the office. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. CLEARLY THEY DO NOT GET THE DAMN MESSAGE!!!
