MBd rude staff

Would like to report an MBD staff who phoned me this morning 02/03/2022 time: 7:27 contact number: ***,about the account from old mutual which was a loan i took in 2015 and i have been struggling to make payment for it,now this lady phones me this morning with her voice so down as if she was still in bed, i asked her to to speak up beacause i was struggling to hear her, i made the comment she spoke as if she was still in bed(jokingly) apparently she took offence of it ,she just burst out with anger shouting at me,very rude,so i decided to drop the phone cos i was not looking for a negative energy especially so early in the morning.I have report this matter still no responce
