MBD rude and disgusting

Despite emailing I don't know how many times to explain that there is an error with their client's paperwork, these pitbulls continue to harass DAILY, including weekends. There seems to be no point in letting them know your reason why they are dealing with you because unless you are making a payment, they just don't care. And rude - these people should be reprimanded for speaking to others in that rude manner.
