MBD Reverse your costs and help the public

This company goes beyond harassment due to the fact that I made arrangements with the bank prior to going into arrears but was still handed over. When I called the bank I was indirectly called a **** that I was not paying regularly which is so untrue as I approach them first. I am so frustrated because MBD just add on as much costs and interest to line there pockets how on earth will the public ever come right its a disgrace
