MBD - Responsible for financial anxiety

My Standard bank credit card was handed to these guys for further collection.. I paid and settled the account in August 2023, was advised payment would reflect and allocated 30 days after the settlement.. I've requested a paid up letter since September 2023, made numerous phone calls to obtain this, I've supp**** the consultants with over two different email address to submit this to, to date I have recieved not even a confirmation.. These guys are horrible. My financial life is literally hanging by a balance which causes further anxiety.. This is 2024, this company is responsible for my mental issues.. I'm going to report them to an OMBUD or something, I've played my part in payment and requesting the letter.. If you deal with these guys just know and get ready for financial anxiety.. As things stand I've lost my house n car because I'm unable to get the letter to forward the relevant guys to remove my name from a so called list.. Your MO truly stinks guys, I hope you shut down your operation because you not living up to promises.
