MBD reporting false info to Credit Bureaus

After looking at latest credit report, I saw that I have 34 missed payments under MBD Legal with account ending *****5005.

Spent the whole trying to call, and every time I get transferred to the customer service agent I get cut off.

I want to understand how in the world did I owe them and why haven’t I received at least a call regarding these missed payments!!!! They need to remove this information as it is negatively impacting my score.
