MBD repeatly dishonours agreements
Despite numerous requests to stick to the debit date agreed upon, MBD STILL debits money early.
Money got debited today (22 March) despite the agreement of on the 25th monthly.
If it’s not that, the call centre harasses you weekly to up your debit order.
The last time I left a complaint on Hello Peter, I was asked to remove my comment after they apologized.
