MBD promises
Good day. Number one my phone calls get dropped yes I do understand that technology might be the cause. Then the consultants provide me since begining of Novemeber with false promises. As per this morning once again. How is it possible I settled the account with a direct payment to their account as requested and emailed proof to person requested amd submit it on the platform. No problem with if you are paying but once you ask questions line gets dropped. When I ask to please phone me with feedback I still have to be caller number 7 for how many times ?

28 Nov 2023, 14:08And as I have been calling now the consaltant informed me that it is going to take 4 working days for letter but at first they promised me for a letter withim 2 working days. Am I the only one struggeling?
