Mbd Popia act violators
Mbd has been violating the popia act. They send strangers with the same surname e mails with confidential information. Actually harassing them. The account in question does not even belong to me, I have told them so on numerous times. Also by looking at this account it is a prescribed account. I will be laying charges and so wull the people that has been send e mails. We will be telling the story on every form of social media and Carte Blanche and radio shows.

On your requestbI did send you the copies of the emails that was send to the strangers, after your consultantvtried convincing me that no such mails was send! I have already got in touch with lawyers that deals with violations of the Popia act. The people that was harassed by your e mails will also lay charges for harassment and intruding in their privacy. I did get in touch with Carte Blance and various other platforms eg 702 etc. I will also put this whole issue on all social media pages.

We have undertaken an internal scrutiny into our IT and communication systems to address the seriousness of this incident, with the view to ensure no repeat occurrence of same.
We wish to extend our sincerest apology for the frustration that was caused by this experience and trust that the aforementioned will serve as sufficient in respect hereof.
