MBD Poor service

I am not sure if I should be worried about this company after paying and settling my account. I am finding it very frustrating to get a simple paid up letter and their agents are so un professional and ill mannered, lines are frustratingly bad and to top it all up, I have not received my letter! How does one deal with these people?
