MBD poor service

My Standard bank credit card was handed over. I made arrangements for debit order. It’s in place and working fine but I still get messages from MBD asking me to pay or they will take further action. I can’t remember the last time they even bothered to send me a statement for me to check my outstanding balance now and again but they are very quick to send useless sms
