MBD Paid up Letter

This company I have called since August 2025 requesting for my paid-up letter I should be submitting to their client (FNB), its April 29th Now and no one from MBD is responding to my emails and no one is picking their telephone lines to pick up any calls regardless of how long you wait in their call queue. My credit record can't be fixed because they won't provide me with my paid up letter. I paid my debt with them because FNB hired them as their legal debt department to retrieve such debts but now I can't even get my paid up letter because no one wants to assist me
