MBD paid up letter

Good Day I really need help of what to do and where to go please. I've paid up my MBD account last month and have been waiting for the paid up email ever since. I've phoned in they give me a other number of customer service, I phone that numbers it either jst go down or it rings bt no response?. I can't do nothing, why? Because of their bad service of not clearing my name after they phoned me 3-4 times per day.
