MBD owe me money!
Greetings
This month I finally payed out my debt, at the same time I made two payments one with the right reference and one with the wrong reference payed in MBD's Standard account. This amount was R250, to reverse it will cost me more, so MBD must give me back my money now!

The matter has not been resolved yet, I received an email with a refund form, I filled it in and sent it with requested documents. I'm still waiting for a reply.
I'm also waiting for the document which states that I fully payed out MTN. I can also log a separate complaint about this matter if you wish.
