MBD over charge people
So you pay your edgers account with put any problem after making a arrangement and they keep on calling you and when your balance was 14000 they don't bother but when you owe a balance of 1800 which is on my records but according to them it has gone up to 2000 again and when you ask to speak to Manger they can not get hold of them or get them to call you back so the amount never gets less and keeps on increasing , they keep calling g even if you pay every month

28 Jul 2023, 13:01That would be nice I do a eft payment every month then I was told have to have a debt order for what I asked as it gets paid then the person says they will just keep on calling and charge me for every call and every sms they send out extremely bad service consultants are rude
