MBD - Not the sharpest knives in the drawer
MBD Keeps harassing me after I've sent them my paid up letter several times. This debt was completely paid off in 2021 and now suddenly MBD wants me to pay the same debt with the same amount in 2023, after I closed this account with the original company. I don't know how they would let someone close an account if it is not paid in full. The original company even updated my credit record to show there is no outstanding amount and the account was closed. MBD just wont take no for an answer. Call Brooks & Luyt the people that provided the paid up letter for the proof of payment as it was done by debit order. Why do I need to do your math's and admin? I cant even...

14 Nov 2023, 10:44Get your guys to update my Credit records as well please. Absa sent the debt out to multiple attorneys. I dealt with someone else not you. How dare you list it on my credit record if I wasn't even dealing with you? The only reason you know where to contact me is because I contacted your offices to update my credit profile 2 years after the debt has been paid. Plus you loaded it as a massive weekly installment. Unacceptable incompetency.
