MBD not sending me docs requested

I was behind on my mtn account and I got a call from MBD they told me the outstanding balance Wass R2000, when that was paid they still took off the R300 I Wass paying a month, they then told mme there was another R2000 outstanding for legal fees which I paid. I have paid R5100 in total and I stopped the debit order. They have been phoning me every day. I have asked them for a detailed statement. I got a statement from them but it does not show me in detail of what my starting balance was. It only shows me 3 amounts of what I Hadd to pay and what their fees are and what is outstanding. Everytime I ask for a detailed statement they say they sent it but I do not receive it. I do look in my spam folder too and there is nothing. I would like a statement with dates on of what I have paid and what Wass outstanding from the begining before I pay another cent. I did also contact MTNs legal department and I'm also still waiting for a reply from them as I requested a statement of what iis outstanding so that I can see for myself what I have been paying for.
