MBD not responding on urgent requests and not answering their contact numbers

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get hold of ANYONE at MBD. I get absolutely no answer and none of my emails are being responded on. I am currently living in Europe and I have been settling some debt - I did not receive any proof of payments. I need to pay one more account but I cannot get any of the details out of MBD. How do I get hold of anyone from MBD to assist me please? I don't have a SA mobile number anymore but I am providing my email in the reference number text box.
