MBD not keeping their side of written agreement
We made an arrangement in July to pay our debt in 4 equal payments. Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov. 4 payments. Which they confirmed in an email sent to us on 13July We made the payments on 4/8/2021, 27/8/2021, 13/10/2021, 8/11/2021. 4 payment withing 4 months.
Now they keep on calling saying we owe interest of almost R5000.
Apparently the person who sent the mail "SHOULD" have explained interest. Then when we confirmed the email - they changed reason to : we did not keep to the agreement.
We did... we made four equal payments withig 4 months as per agreement confirmed by them in writing.
Please help so they can stop harassing us.
