Mbd not good lawyers at all

Early this year we were placed under level 5 lock down alot if us lost or jobs and alot of us list income. Most of us fell behind on our payments so I was handed over by game and rcs for falling behind so I manged to pay up my game and rcs accounts during the latter part of the year being told that I would receive a payed up letter which I have still not received for either accounts. I payed my game account up in Nov already and got and sms from mbd thanking me for the payment now I'm getting sms telling me that my game account is in arrears I even sent through and email with the proof of payment to them. All I can is we have all been hit hard this year with lock down and to make matters worse I must now still deal with *********** lawyers. I know I still owe Edgar's that was also handed over to mbd but I want my paid up letters first for game and rcs
