MBD -NO SERVICE FOR LOTS OF COST!!

This is the worst attorney group I ever had to deal with. I've been paying one group of attorneys for a Credit card that is under debt review, so it is the bank+first group of attorneys - they MBD took over the account, and now I still have to pay Bank+attorneys1 + MBD attorneys. I tried to get a statement and settlement balance from them. You hold the line forever and IF someone does answer your call, they transfer it to another department - who never answers. I tried WhatsApp request - no luck. This company definitely needs to be reported to the council for Lawyers or the ombudsman as I think they just take money for NO SERVICE!!
