MBD No Paid Up Letter Numerous Requests

I settled my account on 29 November 2023 through Stupel Berman who handled the account on behalf of MBD, and have emailed the proof of payment on 29 November 2023. I have sent requests for my paid up letter on 29 November 2023, 18 December 2023, 21 January 2024 and 28 February 2024 and have still not received the paid up letter. I received a reply from Colleen Williams at Stupel and Berman who is trying to assist me, Colleen emailed MBD according to the mail received on 22 January 2024 for their urgent attention to get the paid up letter, but to date I have still not received the paid up letter.
