MBD NO CLUE ON HOW TO MANAGE A COLLECTION CENTRE

<p>Firstly, I have NEVER had a loan with SBSA.</p> <p>I receive text messages advising of the debt and asking me to call MBD</p> <p>i call the number on the text and it rings without answer</p> <p>After immense frustration, through some miracle, a Thando picks up the phone. </p> <p>I asked to speak to her manager who Thando tells me is Moiponi. I wait five minutes for Moiponi and Thando comes back to me telling me that Moiponi is busy. I asked to hold and Thando tells me she cannot allow me to hold. She said that Moipone wanted to know what i wanted. i asked for Moiponi's manager and Thando threw the phone down in my ear.</p> <p>Is this the type of service MBD will provide in collecting my companies debt if i were to hand to them?</p> <p>Absolutely dissapointing that companies have lost the just of service OR does MBD have no respect for those human beings who have debt? </p>
