And still waiting for settlement letter?? When mbd phone and you answer, they say 5 words and drop the call. This has happened now 4 times - never completing a conversation. And don't even think of phoning them... the phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings.... 3 Minutes in your life you will never get back!
