MBD nightmare

Dear Sir or Madam

I would like you to help me with the MBD issue because I logged a dispute against them with Experian and XDS. The dispute I logged was decided in my favour and against the MBD. As a result they were removed from my credit report.

Now they again without my knowledge returned themselves in My XDS credit report and busy harassing me with calls. When the case was investigated they stopped calling and when I received the response that it was decided in my favour I was beginning to receive calls from them.

I think it is against the law for them to do what they are doing. Please help.
