MBD & MTN transferred a *****ulent debt to me

MTN SP *****ulent debit orders & MBD is harrassing without assisting to solve this *****ulent case.

MTN SP has been debiting my bank account for the past 5 months. I do not have an account/contract with MTN, meaning it was opened *****ulently and the monthly amount debited varied every month. I'm distraught with MTN for not assisting me, even though I've been calling and emailing to resolve this. This is not on! Numerous complaints of this MTN SP are online but they do not take the time to investigate.
