MBD LISTING ON CREDIT BUREAU

MBD listed my name on the credit bureau. I contacted them and requested information about the account that they listed me for. Information was provided and I made a payment and even received a paid in full letter. When I was querying that the listing has not been removed I was told that they do not do the listing which is very strange as my credit report clearly states that it is MBD that has listed me. I queried the listing with Experian, they said I must contact MBD. I have sent a few emails for someone to explain the listing and how it can be removed but no response.

I NEED THIS SORTED OUT URGENTLY, IF MBD DOES NOT DO LISTINGS THEM IT MEANS SOMEONE MESSED UP SOMEHOW AND I NEED THIS RECTIFIED AS IN YESTERDAY!!!
