MBD let a senior staff member rather make contact with me!

On the 1st of December 2021 I was suspended without pay, and still is, for not taking the Vaccination. The Arbitration case with the CCMA is still on. A lady by the name of Neo, made contact with me regarding my account which was in arrears. I so nicely explained to her that I have no income at the moment. She was so abrupt and would not listen to my reasons. She threatened me that my property will be auctioned to get their monies. She went so far as to contact my wife, which she had no right to do as this was discussed with senior staff 3 years ago, and I even had to submit marriage certificates stating the marriage contract. I made a deposit of R250 this month but still threatened with sms's. Come on MBD, how much deeper do you want to push me into the gutter.

We notice that we have been assisting with this account since 2019 and have had quite a few defaults on the payment arrangement.

We have agreed to a lower instalment with the view to attempt to assist with your situation. Our policy is to progress matters where payment arrangement are not strictly adhered to.

You are advised that interest is accumulating to the account and that an instalment increase is advisable.

Please confirm that the current arrangement will be adhered to.

Good day Rudolph.
Firstly how do I go about to make a commitment as I can only pay if I can get monies from odd work.
At the moment I cannot work as I am still employed, but with no pay?
Secondly we have discussed this issue previously where you call center staff make contact with my wife and you promised that this will never happen again?
I will try and make a payment in the moth of April.
