MBD legal"s refusal to issue prescription letters

Three of my accounts were handed over to MBD Legal more than three years ago. In the past five months, I have xontacyed BDM Legal requesting prescription letters for my prescribed accoun6 but theu ha e been sending me from pillar to post. I have been gi en reference numbers and told that they will first have to do an investigation to determine whether or not the accounts are prescibed nut when asked how long the investigation would take, they said they dont know. This is asinple exercise that does not take longer than 5 minutes but I have been waiting for three months. Getting through their call centre is close to impossible, if they don't make you hold until you run out of airtime, they deliberately cut you off to avoid answering questions.
