MBD legal poor account handling
I had a Vodacom account with them and I tried my best to pay the each month with any amount I had. At the end of the day I eventually got a better job and paid them up. This was back in Feb 2023. Two months later I get a email from another legal company representative of Vodacom same account I paid up with MBD. So I keep ask for a paid up letters the tell me five working days . After the five days it's call Vodacom. Vodacom also can't find my account because it's handed over. MBD is now saying they escalated the matter it's now even September 2023.
