MBD Legal Collections not updating Credit Bureaus when accounts are settled

My name is Andiswa, I had an account that was handed to to MBD Legal Collections by GetBucks. The account was paid in full and I don't understand why MBD Legal Collections is not updating Credit Bureaus. I settled the accounts below as follows: Reference No: 523907 was paid in March 2020 Reference No: 520049 was paid in January 2020 When I checked my report on Clear Score on the 6th of August 2020, 30 July 2020 & 6 August 2020 the account with *** was still listed whereas it's paid in full in March 2020 I sent them numerous inquiries but the matter hasn't been resolved. I submitted all the proof of payments and settlement letters received from MBD Legal Collections and GetBucks confirmation that the account is paid in full.
