MBD Legal collections continued harassment of a minor child through their incompetence

My minor son has a phone that I took out on contract for him for emergency calls. Mr Price has this cellphone number incorrectly linked to another client that they handed over for non-payment of an account to MBD Legal Collections. I have responded to the sms', I have emailed and phoned MBD legal department (who committed to update their records), they committed to update their records accordingly. I have also made it clear that I hold them jointly liable with Mr Price and asked them to ensure that they also update their records. More than a month later, my son is still being harassed by sms', and threatening phonecalls.

I have referred MBD legal collections to the Credit Ombudsman, but am so disgusted with their lack of respect in this regard that I also informed them that I would post this review on HelloPeter.
