MBD legal collection - Very Bad

I am writting on this platvorm hoping it will help me, I am Etienne coetzee, I lost my work due to health / heart problems. I fell behind on my creditors FNB credit Card and UDU personal loan, I made payments towards them if I receive any money, I know I did make the loans so I have to pay it. I received my UIF money and did pay the FNB credit card and it is paid up. sins then I have starting to Pay UDU loan, My wife pays it for me, But sins Aug last Year with constant phone calls from MBD where we pay them and not one of their consultants tride to help me. We relized that may 2025 was our last payment to them, but April and afterwards we still did made payments, but used the FNB Credit card's reference nu. We did send an Email to MBD asking them to please take the Credit and transfer it to UDU, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY FEEDBACK regarding it, It is like MBD does not come back to us we have been sending in the email every 4th day but NO awnser from them. in the meenting MBD calls me 10 times a day regarding UDU and as soon as I ask them what about the credit on the FNB card, they just say but pay UDU and we will sord the credit out. NO one of MBD is helping regarding the credit lying there. i thougt that MBD is there to help people like me that can not affort to pay their accounts, but with the cedit what happens to it no. is it a BONUS for MBD. reference for FNB-*** reference for UDU - ***
