MBD Legal Collection

I have a very heavy heart today, my account was in arrears with Truworths due to covid and personal reasons, they handed my account over to MBD Legal, I am recovering out of my bad debt situation, and making monthly payments to recover, then MBD Legal will still phone you ten times a day, when you answer they tell you they dont worry about your personal situation they will hand the account over, close the account and proceed with Legal Litigation process, not sure if the consultant think we as consumers are stupid and uneducated, while you make payments you can recover!!!!!!! Not one call from Truworths accounts department just continues calls from MBD Legal. Most of South African citizens is in a financial situation not chosen to be in but forced by national epidemic, one rude female that phone me at from *** at 17:48 please pull your recording and educate her to speak to valuable clients of Truworths :-(
