MBD Lawyers

After having been unemployed and in financial difficulties last year I was handed over to MBD for collection of an account that fell into arrears. I have been making regular payments every month, and transferred another R6000 to MBD earlier this week. I have to date received no communications, statements or receipts and am not able to determine what balance of the outstanding amount is.

They have also not to date provided any kind of documentation to show that I have in fact been handed over to them for collection of outstanding debt.
