MBD just cares about the commission they may earn

I have a client that has a disability claim, which I have sent all the relevant documentation to client services Fochini. They then handed this client over to Brooks Luyt, who most probably advices them that they cannot claim money from the client, so low and behold, this was then handed to MBD. When MBD contacted the client, I sent a power of attorney to them, and they advised her they cannot speak to a third party. I then sent a mail to MBD explaining what the problem with the claim is, and they are so nice to not read the mails I sent. They are the worst people to deal with. This is not the first time I have dealt with them, I have assisted another client before with them. All they care about is the commission they may earn when they get money in.
