MBD is unprofessional

I've been recieving calls from MBD debt collectors on behalf of Mr Price. Now I I had a Mr Price account and I'm not the person they are looking for. Yes i know him and he's aware of the account and I've provided them with his numbers and requested they remove my number from their database. however they have not done that. Im recieving these annoying calls and sms's from different number ever single day. They distract me from my work habingbto answer and explain the same thing all over again. I've worked aas a debt collector before and I'm fami**** with the system they use called Excalibur it does allow to edit contact details by adding and removing old and new details. They Ker saying my number will be removed but it it's been months now. Evertime it's a different agent on the line.
