MBD is *****ulently listing on credit bureau on a prescribed debt that is not listed on their system as well.

In January 2024 i logged a dispute against an MBD credit listing and explained to Experian that those accounts are prescribed and were last updated on the 25/06/2019. To my surprise MBD updated on the credit bureau that the accounts were last paid in June 2024. I had since requested a statement and proof of payments showing where the amount was deposited and how much. I have tried going into their self-service portals, whatsapp to find out about this account. The weird part is that this account does not show on their system, but they listed me on it and was last updated in June 2024. Today i had received an email confirmation stating that the account visible on their side was just one account and i want to know where the other account comes from? Why is that account on my credit profile? Please share the recording where i made an arrangement to pay for the prescribed debt.
