MBD is the worst

MBD is the worst. I've been trying for weeks to get a closure letter after settling an account they've been hounding me for. Have sent emails to Ntabeleng Kwenaite as she was the one that sent me settlement letter but she has not responded to a single email. I've called several times and have not received anything even though at every call they confirm that they will send it. Its really frustrating dealing with this company. At some stage I even had one of their consultants by the name of Kholisa drop the call on me and being very rude when I tried expressing my frustrations with the company.
