MBD is not updating credit bureaus about sold to third party account that was settled

My account was sold to MBD settlement was paid on the 31 of September 2022. The lady by the name of Buyisile sent me the settlement letter. The agreement was that I pay the account and they will remove it/update all credit bureaus within 14 to 21 days but it is no updated. I call them almost every day spending more than 30 minutes daily and they alway refer me tell they cant call me back I must call the following day. They asked me to send screenshot for bureaus showing Woolworth as sold to third party and I did but there is no reply. Ive done it twice. Im exhausted
