Mbd is not trustworthy

Dealing with MBD has been a nightmare, I wish banks could audit who they do business with. I settled my account in April and I've been battling to get my settlement letter. I tried their whatsapp and calling them, their employees are so unprofessional and they always promise to email the settlement letter but they never do. I would advise to get a lawyer from the beginning when you settle. That's the route im thinking of taking now.
