MBD is *******ly reactivating prescribed debt in contravention of Section 126B of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
MBD is *******ly reactivating prescribed debt, by claiming that they received a payment.
On the 19th of February 2024. I raised a matter that the debt had precribed, Zukiswa Mhlobo said its not prescribed because payment was made in March 2021. Which I disputed. Now the debt has been reactiveated and they claim a payment was made in February 2024.

16 May 2024, 11:45The reply has been recieved. However the debt was reactivated and needs to be deactivated with Experian. Furthermore, the letter doesn't acknowledge that the debt is settled. THE MATTER IS NOT YET RESOLVED.
