MBD IS GIVING ME RUN AROUND

My account was handed over to MBD Attorneys, they call me more three times everyday. I requested them to email me the statement so that I can settle the account. They keep on promising that they will send the statement but they never sent it. It has been more than a year asking the same thing. This thing blocks me from buying the property because it affects my name on my credit score.
