Made an arrangement to payR500 on the 4September and on the 6 October 2020 I got a message to pay R1388. 89 I went to the store they told me the balance is R1412. 61 on the 11th which I paid. On the 17/10/2020 I got a message for an amount of R138. 92 then the called three days later and told me ka balance of R190something. I enquired and asked and wrote emails but nothing happens till today no feedback just got a call from your agent that I need to pay R200something in this very same October.

Can someone explain what are these daily charges and what should I do close off this account..
