mbd is failing me

Since 2020 June I have been paying my GEMS credit, up until April 2021, emailing proof of payment each month to "buyisilem...". MBD always calls (from last year) saying I have not paid sunce October 2020. I have sent queries over and over again but it seems like this Buyisile is not doing her job to trace my payments and update my records. I hope I will not even be asked to pay interests because mbd is failing me.

Can someone please help.
