MBD is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

Pathetic!!! Harrase you to pay your installment but never give you the banking details, week in week out same story, until u eventually call them yourself and ask for the banking details over the phone, after 30mins on hold you are given the banking details. They say you will recieve a paid up letter within 24 hours of the amount reflecting in their account and there is no need to send them proof of payment. Once you pay the money, they go silent, not a phone call or a message stating that they recieved the money. Sent an email and got no reply, called them again and asked for a settlement letter then I am told it take 3-5 working days!!! FINE! I wait and wait and wait, a week goes by and still NO PAID UP LETTER. I called again and looks like I will have to wait ANOTHER “3-5 Working Days”. THEY DROP THE CALL IN MY EAR SEVERAL TIMES AFTER I SAID I CAN WAIT ON THE CALL UNTIL YOU GET YOUR MANAGER AND I GET MY PAID UP LETTER! Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!
