The worst company ever I have been waiting for my paid up letter for almost 4 months I called in only to be told my case was closed and yet i have not received my paid up letter,This is affecting my credit score on top of it. They were so quick to send me a debit order confirmation but no paid up letter. This company is absolute *******.
