MBD is a ******** service
I have closed my Virgin account YEARS ago, 9 years ago to be exact. Successfully as well.
I have no bad debt, i check often. All of a sudden MBD are harassing me NOW in 2020/2021 out of the blue???
Ontop of that they have such poor, untrained staff that have no clue what's happening.
For a practice this is pathetic. One would question if they even have a license to practice.

I've been promised this before and md to date in still waiting.
Virgin active themselves have acknowledged that i do not owe anything. I'm extremely cautious with my debt so please take these chances elsewhere.
