MBD is a ****!

MBD is a ********** company! I am writing here for the third time concerning this **** of a company that refuses to clear my name. Last time I wrote here I spoke to a lady by the name of Constance Kgaogelo Thokane. This lady spoke like a true professional that really wanted to help me but today I have learnt that she is and was a ***** just like her other colleagues. I had an account with Markham when I was a student that I failed to pay. When I started working I paid the account on the 20th of September 2018 at a Markham store at Greenacres mall in Port Elizabeth. I was given a number to call to ask for a paid up letter but that went on for months. After several attempts of opening accounts I came here on Hello Peter to write a review and Constance called me. She told me to pay R387.00 into their account as I was responsible for the legal fees of this matter, I agreed and paid the amount at Standard Bank at Kenako mall on the 27th of May 2019. Constance then sent me a paid up letter on the 29th of the same month. I called her and asked how long it would take for them to clear my name with the credit bureaus, she said at most 3 months. Today I have suffered yet another account rejection because of this company. The application came back saying that I was 9 month in arrears on my Markham account. They seem to be registered with the NCR and their registration number is NCR1891. I have been trying to call Constance all morning on the number she gave me *** and I wait for a consultant until the call is automatically ended. The frustration is too much for me to handle for an account that I paid in full on the 20th of September 2018
