MBD is A ****m
I was on arrears at Vodacom that I had to pay them through MBD , I got a call from mbd, Giving me a discount offer to settle my dept. I settled last year on the 27th of July 2024. After paying I asked them for a paid up letter till today, when ever I reach out to them it's either they hang up my call,telling me that they will call me bck but they dont nd when I talk to them through whatsapp , they tell me they escalating the matter from last year July till today iv been behind them with no hope of getting the paid up letter. This has impacted really bad on me coz it is affecting my credit record. Which is not fair coz iv already paid
